The staff of Exe Terminators & Co Ltd have had many years managerial and practical experience in the Remedial Treatment Industry.  Our Surveyors and Technicians have been trained within the Company to a high standard.  We will provide a prompt and professional service and our Technicians will carry out the work neatly and efficiently.

Careful surveys will be made and accurate costings given in a full comprehensive report and specification which will detail exactly how much the work is going to cost and unless otherwise stated within the specification, there should be no additional costs.

As we are members of the British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association (BWPDA) we are pleased to be able to offer our customers valuable underwritten warranties through the Guarantee Protection Trust (GPT).  The purpose of the Guarantee Protection Trust is to give verifiable security to long-term guarantees of selected contractors specialising in timber treatment in-situ, chemical damp coursing, and cavity wall tie replacement if Exe Terminators cease to trade.

A prudent property owner, architect or surveyor insists that any long-term guarantee be secured with the Guarantee Protection Trust scheme.  The resultant advantage is that the property owner and his successors in title for 20 years will have the benefit of the Trust's long-term guarantee even if the contractor ceases to trade.  For those 20 years the Trust's obligation is to stand in place of the contractor responsible if he stops trading.
